About Us

Abby Russell is the Director and Registered Manager of Tender Care Services Limited. Abby began her caring career on the Isle of Wight in 2006. Abby holds a diploma in Palliative Care, NVQ qualification in level 2 and 3, QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Adults). Abby manages the day to day running of the agency supported by an Assistant Manager and four senior Care Officers.
